Trenchless Water Main & Sewer Line Installation & Repairs

Replace the line without digging up the whole yard

Free EstimateSan Jose & South Bay · Mon – Sat

Replacing a sewer line or water main used to mean a trench from the house to the street — through the lawn, the driveway and whatever was planted on top. Trenchless replacement needs only small access pits at each end: the new pipe is pulled through the path of the old one, and the landscaping in between stays where it is. We start with a camera inspection to see what has failed and whether the line is a good candidate, then replace it and tie it back in with new cleanouts. Where trenchless isn't the right answer, we'll tell you, and do a conventional replacement instead.

Our Process

1

Inspect

A camera goes down the line so we — and you — can see exactly what has failed and where.

2

Plan

We mark the route, explain the options and give you a written price.

3

Replace

Access pits are dug at each end and the new pipe is pulled through the old line's path.

4

Restore

The line is connected and tested, cleanouts are set and the pits are backfilled and compacted.
